Tuesday, September 24 saw the opening night of Florian Zeller’s (The Father, Mother) latest Broadway play, Manhattan Theatre Club’s The Height of the Storm at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre. Directed by Jonathan Kent and starring both Tony Award Winner Jonathan Pryce, Eileen Atkins, Lisa O’Hare, Amanda Drew and James Hillier. The Height of the Storm, set in Paris, is the story of an aging literary icon dealing with loss.

 

Opening night attendees included such boldfaced names as Matthew Broderick, Michael Shannon, Mary Beth Peil, Stockard Channing, Dylan Baker and Kenneth Lonergan. Theater Pizzazz’s JK Clarke was on hand for opening night festivities and photos.
