With Shoshana Bean currently starring in Waitress as Jenna, she was all smiles welcoming her new co-star Jeremy Jordan as Dr. Pomatter. The media event was held at Sardi’s. Both Shoshana and Jeremy will play limited engagements thru May 12.
In its third year on Broadway, Waitress tells the story of Jenna, an expert pie maker in a small town, who dreams how to get out of her loveless marriage. With a baking contest in a nearby county, and the town’s new doctor, she may very well have a chance at a new life. Her fellow waitresses have their own thoughts on what happiness should be. But Jenna finds the strength and courage to rebuild her life. The musical celebrates friendship, motherhood and the magic of a well made pie!
