Café Carlyle Fall Lineup Celebrates Bobby Short

This fall, the legendary Café Carlyle is celebrating what would have been the 100th birthday of the iconic performer Bobby Short, whose on-stage presence defined an era. This season, a remarkable lineup of performers and artists will honor Short’s influence.

Tony Danza returns with a brand-new show titled, “Tony Danza: Sinatra & Stories,” paying homage to the legendary Frank Sinatra, beginning September 10th through September 21st.

A celebrated figure in musical theatre, Maria Friedman will take the stage from September 24th through 28th, delivering a series of performances in her new show, “Maria Friedman Legacy.”

Julio Iglesias, Jr. will be gracing the stage from October 1st through October 5th for his debut residency.

Rita Wilson returns to Café Carlyle for her fifth residency, performing her show “An Evening With Rita Wilson” from October 8th through October 12th.

“Celebrity Autobiography” One Night Only At The Triad!

Currently scheduled: Craig Bierko, Kerry Butler, Mario Cantone, Jackie Hoffman, Richard Kind, Leslie Rodriguez Kritzer, Eugene Pack, Dayle Reyfel, and Alan Zweibel.

The international comedy, Celebrity Autobiography, created and developed by writer-performer Eugene Pack and Dayle Reyfel, features stars acting out the autobiographies of…other stars! It plays the Triad Theatre (158 West 72nd Street) on Sunday, September 29th at 7:30 pm.

Linda Purl Returns to 54 Below on October 22nd

Linda Purl returns to 54 Below on October 22nd with her brand-new show. Possibilities- Songs of Hope, Risk, and Maybe. Under the music direction of Billy Stritch, together they will take on some tunes as “I Won’t Dance,” “Possibilities,” “Something Happens to Me,” and “Swingin’ on the Moon.”
