It’s not even opened, and The New Group has already announced a 2-week extension of its 2016-17 season launch of Sweet Charity starring 2-time Tony Award winner Sutton Foster as Charity Hope Valentine!
Choreographed by Joshua Bergasse and directed by Leigh Silverman, the production features Yesenia Ayala, Darius Barnes, James Brown III, Asmeret Ghebremichael, Shuler Hensley, Sasha Hutchings, Donald Jones Jr., Nikka Graff Lanzarone, Emily Padgett and Joel Perez.
The limited engagement begins November 2 at The Pershing Square Signature Center (The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre, 480 West 42 Street), in advance of an Official Opening Night on Sunday, November 20.
