Larry Kerchner has been a noted songwriter most of his musical life, having written the title song for the movie “Somewhere in Time” (sold that one when he was too young to know the ropes) and a couple of other tunes that were part of “The Wiz.” But that’s all water under the bridge. In the past 3 years, his multi-faceted writing styles (pop, blues, jazz, rock, folk, country) have taken the New York City scene by storm with song evenings entitled “Hidden Treasures” that have featured a cadre of well known performers that blew the roof off.

You now have an opportunity to be part of “Hidden Treasures IV” as it debuts at Birdland on SUNDAY, MAY 31st, 6 p.m. featuring the best of the best in vocals, including Klea Blackhurst (host), Mark Nadler, Alexis Cole, Jim Brochu, Carol J. Bufford, Natalie Douglas, Eric Michael Gillett, Marissa Mulder, Stacy Sullivan, Shana Farr, Karen Oberlin and many more. Tex Arnold musical directs.
