Manhattan Theatre Club’s presentation of Steppenwolf Theatre Company’s Airline Highway, the new play by Pulitzer Prize finalist Lisa D’Amour (Detroit), directed by two-time Tony Award winner Joe Mantello, opened on Broadway Thursday, April 23.
