Norm Lewis makes his Feinstein’s/54Below debut with a holiday party you won’t want to miss with musical direction by Joseph Joubert, the show directed by Richard Jay-Alexander. He’s appearing December 20 thru 24 at 9:30 pm (following Michael Feinstein who performs at 7 pm).

Norm Lewis Wishes You a Swingin’ Christmas is an all-new show that will help you ring in the holidays and remind you why he is one of Broadway’s greatest singers and most sought-after leading men.

Norm and his swingin’ band will put a mark on holiday classics, sing some of the songs he is famous for, and surprise you with some you would never expect to hear him sing. He also promises a different special guest every night (but wouldn’t give away who).

Norm said, “To be in the heart of Manhattan at this time of year and share the holidays with an audience is something I’ve always dreamed of doing. It’s like having your own TV Christmas Special…Only LIVE! I am really looking forward to it and we’ve already started rehearsing …so I’m ready for some surprises.”

He was recently seen on PBS in the Live From Lincoln Center productions of Norm Lewis: Who Am I?, New Year’s Eve: A Gershwin Celebration with Diane Reeves, and American Voices with Renée Fleming, and will be seen in the upcoming Live From Lincoln Center production of Showboat. He received Tony, Drama Desk, Drama League, and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations for his performance as Porgy in the Broadway production of The Gershwins’ Porgy & Bess. Other Broadway credits include Sondheim on Sondheim, The Little Mermaid, Les Misérables, Chicago, Amour, The Wild Party, Side Show, Miss Saigon, and The Who’s Tommy.
