Miss seeing your favorite Broadway performers? Hallelujah . . . Open Jar’s 4000 square foot space at 1601 Broadway (48th Street) is now transformed into a large cabaret venue for a maximum of 48 people all seated 20 feet from the stage and separated by plexiglass panels. You must wear a mask and your temperature will be taken upon entry. The space is flooded with outdoor air prior to each event and cleaned and disinfected after.
Each event benefits a charity and this weekend has already seen Teal Wicks and Kate Baldwin on stage. Today, Sunday, Brandon Victor Dixon (The Color Purple, The Scottsboro Boys, Hamilton) performs at 8 pm for #WeAreFoundation – Tickets $70-90 Live or $5 virtually.
