Andy Mientus (“Spring Awakening”), Krystina Alabado (“Mean Girls”) and Noah J. Ricketts (“Disney’s Frozen”), are the stars of the upcoming Bucks County Playhouse production of Jonathan Larson’s “Tick, Tick … Boom!” offered a special musical preview of the show to the media on Friday, June 16 at their New York rehearsal hall. Directed by Eric Rosen, “Tick, Tick … Boom” is preparing for a run at the historic Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, June 23 – July 15. Video from the event can be found here.

“Tick, Tick … Boom!” is a high-octane rock musical that follows the life of a young composer facing 30 with little to show for it. Based on his life before he wrote “Rent,” Jonathan Larson’s “Tick, Tick … Boom!” is a youthful, vibrant, and moving rock musical reminding us that sometimes dreams can come true.
