“You don’t have to be Jewish to like Levy’s Rye Bread …..and You don’t have to be Jewish to attend a great concert with outstanding performers to help the Actors Temple survive!!” says benefit producer Randie Levine-Miller.
The Best of Broadway & Cabaret will come out in support of the Actors’ Temple, (est. 1917) on Monday, November 18, 2013 at 7:00 PM. The Fourth Annual Concert Fundraiser will take place at the Temple, 339 West 47th Street. This musical celebration will benefit the theater district historic landmark which has been struggling to survive in recent years.
Performers donating their time and talent performing songs from “The Jewish American Songbook” include: Isaac Blech, Stephen Bogardus, Bernard Dotson, Beth Fowler, Deborah Grausman, Jackie Hoffman, Valerie Lemon, Dana Lorge, William Michals, Barbara Minkus, Mark Nadler, Lee Roy Reams, Eric Rudy, Camille Saviola, Lauren Schaffel, and Marilyn Sokol. Paul Chamlin will musical direct. Producer Randie Levine-Miller will also host.
Tickets are $125 for the Concert only; $275 includes the VIP/Cast After-Party at Tony’s di Napoli Restaurant, 147 West 43rd Street; Patron tickets are $1,000 which includes 2 Concert tickets, VIP/Cast After-Party, as well as Dinner for 2 at a fine New York Restaurant.
